Polish cuisine is undergoing a major revival. The amount of excellent restaurants is growing at an overwhelming pace, while local suppliers guarantee products of increasingly higher quality. The modern Polish art of preparing food is represented by young and outrageously talented chefs. They are inspired by our heritage, untouched nature and regional products. We invited them to work with us. In 2015 we organized four dinners in the Baltic Sea States (Poland in Riga, Tallinn, Helsinki and Stockholm), where we were talking about Polish food and Polish culture with the help of unique tastes and flavors. This year’s edition is dedicated to the Visegrad Group and Germany. We will meet our guests in Berlin, Prague, Bratislava and Budapest. In a very special setting and ambiance, we discover dishes that reflect Polish cuisine of the 21st century: modern, light, which makes the most of our heritage and natural environment. We want to prove how much you can learn about a country during one meeting at the dinner table.
